London’s newest top-tier litigation boutique launches

MKS London will offer civil, criminal, cross-border asset recovery, family and employment expertise at the highest levels.

The partners of London’s newest litigation boutique, MKS London, are delighted to announce the launch of their civil, family, cross-border asset recovery and criminal law practice into the market.

The firm was officially launched last month at a party held at SUSHISAMBA in London’s Covent Garden.

The firm brings together Martin Kenney and Andrew Blackburn (based in London), from leading global asset recovery practice, MKS Law in the British Virgin Islands, and London-based partners Reesha Panchal (employment and family disputes) and Peter Refahi (dispute resolution and insolvency), who have built a reputation tackling complex matters in their respective fields.

Supported by Charles Bott KC, one of Britain’s foremost barristers specialising in financial crime, MKS London will concentrate on disputes-focused litigation, acting in commercial, employment and family disputes, as well as cross-border and asset recovery matters, including fraud, insolvency and criminal cases.

In addition, the firm has in-house investigative and forensic accounting capabilities, and is hiring additional lawyers to add to its team.

Martin Kenney, Partner at MKS London and Head of Firm at MKS Law (BVI), said:

“I’m absolutely delighted to announce the launch of MKS London, the culmination of a three-year project, and which we hope will allow us to bring our global asset recovery experience to the wider London market.”

Reesha Panchal, Partner, said:

“I’m thrilled to launch MKS London and to work alongside a team of exceptional colleagues. By combining our expertise in family and employment law, we aim to provide a collaborative, client-focused service so that our clients feel supported every step of the way, with practical guidance and expert advice.”
