Andrew has over 20 years’ experience as a commercial litigator, with a practice focused on complex fraud, asset recovery and cross-border insolvency.
He has acted in multi-jurisdictional matters across a range of sectors, including for the joint liquidators of Stanford International Bank, the Trustee of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC, and as part of the team representing Nissan Motor Co in its claim against former CEO Carlos Ghosn.
He is admitted in England and Wales, the British Virgin Islands, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and regularly advises on disputes spanning multiple jurisdictions.
