Andrew Blackburn ranked among leading asset recovery lawyers
Andrew Blackburn has moved up from “Recommended” to “Highly Recommended” for his asset recovery work.
MKS London partner Andrew Blackburn has been ranked among the higher bands of asset recovery lawyers worldwide by Lexology Index.
He moves from being “Recommended” for his expertise in asset recovery matters, to “Highly Recommended”, something less than a third of asset recovery lawyers achieve.
With over 20 years experience as a commercial litigator, Andrew has developed a practice focused on complex fraud, asset recovery and cross-border insolvency.
He has acted in multi-jurisdictional matters across a range of sectors, including for the joint liquidators of Stanford International Bank, the Trustee of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC, and as part of the team representing Nissan Motor Co. in its claim against former CEO Carlos Ghosn.
Andrew is admitted in England and Wales, the British Virgin Islands, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and regularly advises on disputes spanning multiple jurisdictions.
